If you own income property you know how time-consuming finding tenants and management can be, and if you live out of the area,
having a reliable management company is absolutely essential. We simplify owning income property by handling all of the leasing, rent collection and maintenance for you.

Russian River Realty will collect rent from your tenant. Rent is due on the first of each month and we will send you your check by the 15th of the month. You will receive a detailed statement along with your check. If there were any maintenance expenses during that month they will be itemized. We will keep you informed and get your approval before we proceed with major repairs. You will not receive unexpected charges.

Russian River Realty will handle all of the maintenance and repair issues with your property. We do not charge you any additional fees for handling the repairs or maintenance of your property; it is included in our management fee. The price you will pay for maintenance and cleaning is only what it cost to get the work done. A team of top quality and reliable maintenance people are available to make repairs or get the property ready for a new tenant. We work with vendors that can handle any type of repair or problem. All repairs, except very minor ones, require bids and multiple bids will be requested from our vendors. Verification of completion will be performed by this office.

Finding good tenants in a timely manner is a priority to Russian River Realty. We do a thorough screening of all prospective tenants, including income verification, credit check, and residential rental history with previous landlords. When we have someone that passes our approval, information collected will be delivered to you so you can make the final approval. Russian River Realty will do a walk-through with the tenant when they move in and prior to them moving out. Your rental property is our chief concern.

Attention Prospective Tenants: All persons applying for any of our rental units must fill out and submit an application. There is a $31.00 fee for single people and married couples. Any additional applicant must fill out a separate application and submit it with $21 for the co tenant fee. All fees must be paid in cash or money order.
